How Do I Place An Order?

When you click an Order link, you will be taken to our secure server where you will set up your account.

You will create a USER ACCOUNT and a PASSWORD of your own choice (you’ll be directed to create these during the ordering process).

SAVE this information, as you will be required to provide it each time you reorder!

You will then answer an online questionnaire to provide information relevant to your medical condition. Once you complete the questionnaire, you will see a confirmation page to review your answers for accuracy. At this point, you will submit your order for processing.

What Happens Once I Submit My Order?


A physician will review the information you have submitted and either approve or decline your order.

If approved, the physician will write the prescription and send it to the pharmacy where it will be filled and shipped to you. Your prescription will include information explaining the usage, dose, and precautionary information for your medication. You will also receive contact information for the pharmacist in case you have any questions after you receive your medication.

After placing your order you will be able to track it's process in real-time by logging into the help desk.

What Are Your Privacy & Security Policies?


We are dedicated to patient privacy and security. All information furnished is legally protected under doctor-patient privilege laws.

Our online ordering system uses the latest in Secure Encryption Technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security and precautions. Our system also has safeguards in place to protect against credit card fraud. Individuals attempting the fraudulent use of a credit card will be reported.

How Does An Online Consultation Work?


Online consultations are a new concept in health care that utilize the Internet to improve patient access to physician care. The patient does not receive a traditional physical exam by the physician, but rather completes an online questionnaire and communicates with the physician using our secure online communication tool. Although online consultations will never take the place of traditional medicine, they do provide a means for patients to receive treatment for a limited number of conditions that, in certain circumstances, may not require a physical exam.

In developing this new Internet medium for the delivery of health care services, our organization is committed to meeting and even exceeding current regulations. Only licensed physicians are utilized.

Our partner pharmacies employ licensed pharmacists to provide you with the highest standards of pharmaceutical care. All medication is obtained from legitimate United States pharmaceutical wholesalers, so you rest assured you are receiving the same medication as you would at your neighborhood pharmacy.

What Prescription Medications Do You Dispense?


We only offer non-controlled medications that can be prescribed using online consultations. Therefore, we carry a very limited number of medications. No legitimate online medical company will ever offer narcotics or addictive medications via the Internet. The medications offered on our website can be prescribed by a physician reviewing your online questionnaire, without the need for a physical examination. However, we strongly encourage all of our customers to see their family physician at least once a year, and to work with their physician in order to develop an overall optimum health package that is best for them

What Are Your Shipping Rates And Policies?


Shipping

Once the pharmacy has received your prescription, it will be filled and shipped via USPS

The current prices for shipping are as follows:


USPS Priority Mail: $11.95


Do You Ship Orders Everyday?

We do not process prescription orders on the weekend. If you place an order after 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on Friday, the order will be sent to the pharmacy and shipped on Monday.




Once shipped by the pharmacy, the remainder of the time depends on the shipping carrier. Once we ship the package, we cannot control any delays incurred by the shipment carrier, but we will actively work with the carrier to investigate late or missing packages.

Customer Payment Information.


CUSTOMERS USING CREDIT CARDS:

All credit card transactions begin with a “pre-authorization.” This step reserves an amount equal to the amount of the transaction, so that when the order ships, those funds will be available. When we receive notification that the order has shipped, we will “settle” the transaction by charging the amount of the pre-authorization to the cardholder's credit card.

CUSTOMERS USING DEBIT/GIFT CARDS:

All debit card transactions begin with a “hold.” This step reserves an amount equal to the amount of the transaction, so that when the order ships, those funds will be available. When we receive notification that the order has shipped, we will “settle” the transaction by removing the hold, and debiting the funds from the cardholder’s credit card.


CUSTOMERS USING C.O.D.:

All C.O.D. orders must be paid for with either a Money Order or Cashier’s Check. There are NO exceptions to this rule. If you do not have either a Money Order or Cashier’s Check, your medication will be sent back to the pharmacy—and could result in your account being blacklisted by our company.

Can I Return My Medication For A Refund?


1. All sales are final.

2. All refunds are at the discretion of management. Specifically, by ordering with your company, I agree that NO refunds will be given in any of the following circumstances:

A. If my order has already been shipped.

B. If my order has already been approved by a physician linked to our website.

C. If I provided an incorrect address and the order has been shipped to this wrong address.  



NOTE:  We are unable to accept returned prescription medications due to Federal Law.
